PrivaFit（以下「本アプリ」）は、AIを活用した食事・運動メニュー生成および活動記録を提供するアプリです。個人データの管理者は本アプリの提供者（Google Play に開発者として表示される事業者）です。連絡先は本ポリシー末尾に記載します。
端末内プロフィール：年齢、性別、身長、体重、体脂肪率、腹囲、目標体重など。端末内のみに保存。氏名はAIサーバーへ送信しません。
Health Connect（歩数）：歩数の読み取りのみ。端末内に保存し個人レポートに利用。消費カロリーは歩数から端末内で推定。歩数のサーバー送信は、組織コード連携済みかつ組織ウォーキングイベント参加時のみ（日付・歩数・ポイント・組織メール）。無料・個人Premium・組織未連携では端末外へ送信しません。AdMob・生成AIへ歩数を共有しません。
組織アカウント：組織コード・ニックネーム・組織メールをサーバーへ送信（法人プラン時）。
AI生成：氏名を除く身体指標をサーバーへ送信。
Google Play 課金：購入トークン（RevenueCat のユーザーID）をサーバーで検証し、プレミアムの利用資格とAI利用回数の管理に使用します。プレミアムのご利用にあたり、カード情報やメールアドレス等の連絡先は取得しません（メールアドレスは組織コード連携時のみ取得します）。
広告（無料プラン）：Google AdMob を利用します。無料プランでは広告配信のため広告識別子（Advertising ID）等の端末識別子を取得・利用します（プレミアムプランでは広告を表示しません）。
AIメニュー生成、活動推移表示、組織ウォーキングイベント、課金検証、広告表示、AIコンテンツ通報の記録。
生成AI（OpenAI、Google Gemini等）、Google（Health Connect、Play、AdMob）、クラウドホスティングを利用します。これらの事業者は当社の委託先（プロセッサー）として処理を行います。歩数・健康データを広告ネットワークへ販売・共有することはありません。
国外移転：上記の処理に伴い、個人データは米国その他の国で処理される場合があります。移転先では適用法に基づく適切な保護措置を講じます。
契約の履行（機能の提供）、同意（Health Connect 連携、EEA/英国での広告、健康に関する特別カテゴリのデータ）、正当な利益（不正防止・安全のためのコンテンツ通報の記録）に基づき処理します。
EEA・英国・スイスの利用者：広告配信前に同意管理プラットフォーム（Google UMP）で同意を取得します。同意の変更・撤回はアプリ内の設定「広告の同意設定」から行えます。
米国の利用者：当社は個人情報を「販売」しません。パーソナライズ広告のオプトアウトは、アプリ内の同意設定、またはプレミアムプラン（広告非表示）への変更で可能です。
主要データは端末内に保存し、設定画面の「アプリデータを削除」で一括削除できます。組織ウォーキングイベントのスコアはイベント／プログラム期間中サーバーに保存し、その後または削除請求から原則30日以内に削除します。AIコンテンツ通報ログは安全確保のため保持します。詳細は アカウント・データ削除のご案内 をご覧ください。
お住まいの国・地域に応じて、アクセス（開示）、訂正、削除、処理の制限、データポータビリティ、異議申立て、同意の撤回などの権利が認められる場合があります。ご請求は お問い合わせフォーム から受け付け、本人確認のうえ対応します。
日本（個人情報保護法）：保有個人データの開示・訂正・利用停止・消去等を請求できます。苦情は個人情報保護委員会（PPC）へ申し立てることができます。
英国・EU・オーストラリア・カナダ・シンガポール・タイ・ニュージーランド・マレーシア・米国の利用者の権利および各監督機関への苦情申立先は、以下の英語版セクション「8. Your rights by region」をご参照ください。
米国の消費者健康データ：ワシントン州 My Health My Data Act 等に基づく権利については、本ポリシーとは別に公開する 消費者健康データ・プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
本アプリは一般成人向けであり、13歳未満（および各国法が定める年齢未満）の子どもを対象としていません。子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
INTERNET、ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION、health.READ_STEPS のみ。心拍・睡眠・位置情報等にはアクセスしません。
本アプリの提案は医療行為の代替ではありません。体調不良時は専門家にご相談ください。

PrivaFit provides AI meal/exercise plans and activity tracking. The controller of your personal data is the provider of the app (the business listed as the developer on Google Play). Contact details are at the end of this policy.
On-device profile: Age, gender, height, weight, body-fat %, waist, target weight, etc. Stored locally; names are not sent to AI servers.
Health Connect (steps): Read steps only; stored on-device for personal reports. Calories estimated locally. Steps are sent to our server only when an organization account is linked and organization walking-event scores sync (date, steps, points, org email). Not transmitted for free/Premium/non-linked users. Never shared with AdMob or generative AI.
Corporate: Org code, nickname, work email sent to server when enrolled.
AI: Body metrics (no name) sent for menu generation.
Billing: Purchase tokens (RevenueCat user ID) are verified server-side and used to confirm Premium entitlement and manage AI usage limits. For Premium we collect no card data and no contact details such as email (email is collected only when an organization code is linked).
Ads: Google AdMob on the free plan. On the free plan we collect and use device advertising identifiers (Advertising ID) to serve ads (no ads are shown on the Premium plan).
AI menus, activity reports, organization walking events, billing, ads, content reports.
We use AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini), Google services (Health Connect, Play, AdMob), and cloud hosting. These providers act as our processors/service providers. We do not sell or share health/step data with ad networks.
International transfers: as part of this processing, your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
We process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (providing the features you use); consent (Health Connect access, advertising in the EEA/UK, and special-category health data); and legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention via content reports).
EEA / UK / Switzerland users: we obtain consent via a Consent Management Platform (Google UMP) before serving ads. You can review or withdraw consent any time in the app under Settings → "Ad consent settings".
U.S. users: we do not "sell" personal information. You can opt out of personalized ads via the in-app consent settings, or by switching to the Premium (ad-free) plan.
Primary data is stored on your device and can be wiped via Settings → Delete app data. Organization walking-event scores are stored on the server for the event/program period and deleted afterward, or within 30 days of a deletion request. AI content-report logs are retained for safety. See Account & data deletion for details.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Submit requests via our contact form; we verify your identity before responding. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
PrivaFit is intended for general adult audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age set by applicable local law). We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
